U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Fred Frizzell operates a drilling rig at a well site during New Horizons Honduras 2015, a humanitarian exercise, in Brisas del Mar, Honduras, July 30, 2015. Frizzell monitored the rig during a process that involved blowing high-pressure air through the screens at the bottom of the well to remove excess sediment buildup.

Soldiers fire missiles as they train on a multiple rocket system from Yankton, S.D., Aug. 2, 2015, during the South Dakota Army National Guard's annual training on Camp Guernsey, Wyo., Aug. 2, 2015. The soldiers are assigned to Bravo Battery, 147th Field Artillery. The military uses multiple rocket launch system to engage enemy targets more than 175 miles away and move to different locations rapidly from enemy counter fire.

On July 2, 2015, Cook Medical initiated a lot-specific voluntary recall of 2,239 lots of Beacon Tip Angiographic Catheters. Globally, 95,167 devices are subject to this recall. The products include specific versions and lot numbers of the Torcon NB® Advantage Beacon® Tip Catheters (Catalog Prefix HNBR5.0), Royal Flush® Plus Beacon® Tip High-Flow Catheters (Catalog Prefix HNR4.0), and Slip-Cath® Beacon® Tip Catheters (Catalog Prefix SCBR5.0).

NRS - Nutrition Resource Services, Inc. of Bethlehem, PA is voluntarily recalling products with whey concentrate, whey isolate, casein, and colostrum, which contain milk, an undeclared allergen. We are undertaking this recall as an extra precaution for those consumers unaware of the presence of milk in products of this nature.
