The Triad Povidone Iodine Prep Pads were included in the Atware Carey First Aid Kits distributed by Wisconsin Pharmacal Company. In the interest of consumer safety, Wisconsin Pharmacal wants to ensure that U.S. consumers using Atwater Carey First Aid Kits are aware of the Triad recall.
