"A 21st Century Regulatory System" The White House unveiled plans by 30 different federal agencies to make sure that the regulations they enforce are protecting Americans’ health and well-being without imposing unnecessary or excessive costs. Here are some examples of changes now underway. "Your Commander-in-Chief Has Your Back" President Obama speaks to the soldiers of the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum in New York to thank them and their families for their sacrifice, following his announcement on beginning a drawdown in Afghanistan.
