Obama Administration Plans to Offer 'Accommodation' on Birth Control Rule, Officials Say
The Obama administration is set to announce today an attempt at an "accommodation" meant to calm anger from conservatives about a new administration rule that would require health insurance plans, including those offered by Roman Catholic institutions, to provide birth control to women free of charge, administration officials said.
