The U.S. Marines, assigned to the 4th Marine Regiment, are embarked aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Germantown, rear, and are participating in Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training Thailand 2012. The annual exercises in Southeast Asia strengthen relationships and enhance force readiness.
