Whole Foods Market voluntarily recalls Chicken Spring Rolls and Peanut Sesame Noodles containing peanuts due to possible health risk from one store

Whole Foods Market is recalling two premade items, Chicken Spring Rolls and Peanut Sesame Noodles, sold in its prepared food department in the grab and go section and at the full service chef’s case, due to possible Salmonella contamination in the peanuts used as an ingredient. Salmonella is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems.
