Injection safety is part of the minimum expectation for safe care anywhere healthcare is delivered; yet, CDC has had to investigate numerous outbreaks of life-threatening infections caused by injection errors. To assist you in covering this important topic, CDC is releasing a digital press kit about the impact of unsafe injection practices in U.S. healthcare settings. The digital press kit includes fact sheets, an infographic, videos and podcasts, and quotes from CDC experts.
