Michael Bykowicz uses a bulldozer to remove rocks and other flood debris from Otsquago Creek in Fort Plain, N.Y., July 4, 2013. Bykowicz is assigned to the New York National Guard's 152nd Engineer Company. The debris had choked the creek's flow.
