Ambassador Samantha Power Speaks on Syria This week, the President laid out the case for a targeted military action against Syrian regime targets as a result of the Assad regime’s use of chemical weapons that killed over one thousand people--including hundreds of children. This afternoon at 2 p.m. ET, the U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Samantha Power will discuss the President's decision on Syria at the Center for American Progress.
