Jonathan Gendron pulls himself across a rope during the conditioning course for the 2014 Best Warrior Competition on Fort McCoy, Wis., April 29, 2014. The 412th and 416th Theater Engineer commands sponsored the competition, which tests soldiers on a variety of skills, including land navigation, weapons familiarization and physical fitness during the four-day event.
