RECOVERY OPERATIONS 11/12/2014 03:33 PM CST U.S. sailors secure an inert mine during mine recovery operations as part of the International Mine Countermeasures Exercise in the Gulf of Oman, Nov. 6, 2014. The exercise is the largest international naval exercise with about a quarter of the world's navies participating.
