AGREEMENT WITH ESTONIA 02/12/2015 02:09 PM CST Acting Assistant Defense Secretary for Reserve Affairs Richard O. Wightman, Jr. and Estonia Ambassador Eerik Marmei sign an official agreement Feb. 10 at the Estonian embassy expanding opportunities for guardsmen and reservists to exchange forces in order to improve NATO interoperability. The Military Reserve Exchange Program (MREP) specifically calls for exchanges in cyber, maneuver and special warfare.
