Arthur Schuman issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Egg in Grated Parmesan Cheese

Arthur Schuman Inc. of Fairfield, NJ is recalling 30,200 lbs. of Bella Rosa Grated Parmesan Cheese (1.25lbs), because it may contain undeclared egg allergen. People who have an allergy or sensitivity to eggs, run the risk of serious or life threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
