On July 28, during a special session of the National Science Board meeting, the National Science Foundation (NSF) will announce a new effort to help develop scientific and engineering discoveries into useful technologies, products and processes. The new effort will connect public and private partners to help create a stronger national ecosystem of innovation that couples scientific discovery with technology development and societal needs.
