ORION PATROL 03/10/2014 11:58 AM CDT A P-3C Orion patrol craft departs from Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan, March 9, 2014, to aid in the search of the missing the Malaysia Airlines flight. The P-3C brings long-range search, radar and communications capabilities to the efforts. The flight, which dropped off the radar of Subang, Indonesia, traffic controllers early Saturday morning while over the South China Sea, had 227 passengers from 14 nations and 12 crew members.
