MOTION WILL BRING EARL ACROSS EXTREME SOUTHEASTERN QUEBEC...
SOUTHEASTERN LABRADOR AND INTO THE ATLANTIC OCEAN TONIGHT. A
DECREASE IN FORWARD SPEED AND A TURN TOWARD THE NORTH ARE EXPECTED
