MOVING TOWARD THE NORTH-NORTHEAST NEAR 40 MPH...65 KM/HR. THIS
MOTION WILL BRING EARL ACROSS THE GULF OF SAINT LAWRENCE AND
NEWFOUNDLAND TONIGHT.

MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS ARE NEAR 70 MPH...110 KM/HR...WITH HIGHER
GUSTS. EARL IS FORECAST TO BECOME POST-TROPICAL TONIGHT.
