On September 24, the National Science Board (NSB) will meet on the campus of Black Hills State University (BHSU) in Spearfish, S.D. The open session of the meeting begins at 8:00 a.m. Members of the media and the public are invited to public portions of the meeting, which will be held at the Jacket Legacy Room at the David B.
